The title is self explanatory. Should we block users who, whenever they edit, always write without proper punctuation and grammar?

I just wanted to create this discussion including all things that we are trying to work on so everyone can participate to find solutions to our problems:

Hello, I uploaded some pictures. So I just want to ask should i keep uploading these and what do you think about them .

I just want to ask you all (I mean two of you), what sort of pages do we want on this wiki? Sure, there are pages about game modes and updates. But that's... pretty much all. So my question is simple: what pages do we make. Does each level deserve its own page? If so, that would mean a lot of pages. Also, will we make pages about common obstacles, power ups (from Brick mode?) and some minor things?

Or we can just leave the wiki like this with 50 pages. But then, it would be way too small (in my opinion). I think this is an importrant question.
