The title is self explanatory. Should we block users who, whenever they edit, always write without proper punctuation and grammar?

NOPE. Everyone makes mistakes. Not all people learn english so we can just excuse them and not block them. (Except for the fact that he/she will just mess everything up, he/she should be warn and block after 2 warns)

Well, in my opinion, it depends on the severity. If they're repetitive minor mistakes, users could get quite annoyed, but it won't be a huge problem. However, if they're quite big mistakes that are basically proof that they're around 6 years old, a warninng would definitely be necessary.

However, we can't just say "Oh! This person's grammar is the worst. I think he is below 13 years old". Users in this wiki can be living in another country (like me) and know little about english (barely me).

When I meant the 6 year old thing, I meant it as in the fact that the user's grammar was basically equal to a six year old's grammar. Of course, I'd understand for users who are from other countries or make minor mistakes, but users who go to the point where they never capitalize or barely use periods may require warnings.

I think someone barely use periods don't really require any warnings. People just literally hit enter when they type.

Yes. If someone edits like "brake is 11 mod on colour swich it are released in april there is currently 30 mods bye", block them because obviously you can't teach them a language. But the good thing is that people like that never attempt any edits on wikias because, well... because most of them are aware that they don't know how to write properly.

Yeah, but he doesn't have to get instantly block maybe someone could at least show him his mistakes and try helping him getting better or he can provide images, informations to another user who can write it well or add categories. If someone doesn't know how to speak proper English doesn't mean that he can't help

Alright :). I feel that helping would be nice, but blocks aren't necessarily meant for punishing users. They're also meant to prevent things from happening.
